My first medium was printer paper, folded, stapled sloppily, and filled with stories written in waxy crayon. Storytelling was my first passion from as far back as I can remember and every medium of art that I have expanded to over the years has kept that at the center. I developed my visual art when I was homeschooled in middle school and the words on the page were no longer enough to express the visions in my head. Over the years, my written stories, visual pieces, and music have become the vessels through which I’ve learned to interact with the world.

I believe art touches the heart of the human experience. I believe it paves the way that leads us deeper into ourselves, to understanding one another, and to our greater relationship with the natural world as a whole.
