Thank you all for your support and interest in our journey to northern Europe this fall! My partner Matt and I have been saving for a year and every art sale and paycheck has been squirreled away to get us to our goal. This trip is important to us because not only is it an educational experience as we get to learn and work in organic farming, but we are also excited to get to explore the part of the world that Matt was originally born in!
We both love history and nature, and we love getting to meet new people and deepen our understanding of the world around us. It is a great blessing to be in a position in life where we are able to do this sort of traveling, and that is why we plan to document it as we go! For those of you who want to keep up with our journey, we will do our best to upload some pictures and stories onto this site as well as on our social media. Of course, it can be difficult to keep up with these things in the midst of traveling, so the bulk of our updates will likely come after we’ve returned.
